Purpose and commitment

FASE Global Ltd opposes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. Respect for human rights and ethical business relationships informs the way we aim to work.

This voluntary statement sets out our commitment and intended proportionate approach. It describes intentions and priorities, rather than a completed programme of supplier checks, audits or training.

Our business and supply relationships

FASE is a technology-led organisational management business for professional football and sport, bringing together Technology + Framework + Expertise. Our work includes organisational review, technology development, research, specialist support and education.

Relevant supply relationships include technology, software and cloud services, professional services and business support. These categories provide context for considering risk; they are not an audited or exhaustive account of our supply chain.

Understanding risk

Professional and digital businesses can encounter exploitation directly or through wider supply relationships. Relevant risks may arise in subcontracting, recruitment and labour practices, as well as in the production of IT equipment used to deliver services.

Risk depends on the service, geography and working arrangements involved. A professional or digital service is not automatically free of risk, and location alone does not provide a complete basis for assessing a supplier.

A proportionate supplier approach

Our intended approach is to consider supplier identity, the service being provided and relevant published policies; seek proportionate information where risks warrant it; discuss concerns; and consider appropriate contractual safeguards. The extent of any enquiry should reflect the relationship and the risks involved.

A supplier’s reputation or published commitments do not guarantee that exploitation is absent from its operations or wider supply chain.

Where a concern is identified, we aim to assess it and consider a proportionate response, taking account of affected people’s safety, appropriate advice and engagement with the supplier. The appropriate response will depend on the circumstances rather than an automatic decision to end a relationship.

Awareness and development

As our team and supplier network grow, we intend to build proportionate awareness and guidance for people working with FASE. Future priorities include recognising potential indicators of exploitation, understanding relevant supply risks and knowing how to raise a concern.

These are development priorities, not a claim that a formal training or monitoring programme has already been delivered.

Provide concise, relevant information about the concern and its connection with FASE. Avoid sending sensitive identity details or information that could put someone at risk in your initial email.

Email is not an emergency channel. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services.

We aim to handle concerns sensitively and share information only where appropriate to address the concern or meet legal obligations. We cannot promise absolute anonymity or confidentiality, or a particular response time.

FASE Global Ltd is responsible for developing its approach to these commitments. We are committed to reviewing this statement as our activities and supply relationships evolve, and to considering concerns and relevant information when setting priorities.
