From the first conversation to ongoing organisational improvement, FASE provides a structured, evidence-informed approach to help professional football clubs understand their position, establish priorities and strengthen performance over time.

Every club is different. Our approach combines independent organisational review, specialist analysis and practical support to create a clearer path from understanding to improvement.

The FASE Journey

One connected journey, from first conversation to demonstrated progress.

Eight stages across four outcomes. FASE Clarity is the principal entry point; every later stage is shaped around your club’s needs, never a compulsory path.

  1. Assess
  2. Understand
  3. Improve
  4. Demonstrate
  1. Senior executives in discussion at a boardroom table overlooking a football stadium
    01Initial Consultation

It starts with understanding your club.

Every engagement begins with a conversation between FASE and the club’s appointed executive or senior representative.

We take time to understand the organisation, its objectives, current challenges and expectations. This initial discussion allows both parties to identify where FASE can provide value and establish the appropriate starting point.

Club benefitA clear understanding of the engagement and its intended objectives.

  2. A club representative preparing organisational information at a computer in a stadium-facing office
    02FASE Clarity

    Establishing your organisational baseline.

The club begins its FASE Clarity Organisational Review through a structured digital assessment.

Relevant club representatives provide organisational information and supporting evidence across the FASE Framework.

The proposed standard assessment window is 14 days, with FASE specialists available during the process to clarify requirements, discuss questions and support the submission of relevant evidence.

Club benefitA structured, supported approach to establishing the club’s current organisational position.

  3. Specialists reviewing connected organisational analysis on a large display
    03Specialist Review & Analysis

    Evidence becomes meaningful insight.

Following submission, FASE specialists review the club’s responses and supporting evidence.

The information is evaluated against the FASE Framework, with attention given to organisational strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities.

The findings are consolidated into a structured Organisational Review report, providing the foundation for informed leadership discussions.

Club benefitA clearer, evidence-informed view of organisational performance and areas requiring attention.

  4. Club leadership reviewing organisational findings around a boardroom table
    04Executive Findings Presentation

    Turning findings into direction.

FASE meets with the club’s leadership to present the Organisational Review findings.

The discussion brings together the club’s organisational position, supporting evidence, significant observations and recommended priorities.

It also provides an opportunity to explore practical solutions and consider where ongoing technology, specialist advisory support or organisational development could deliver further value.

Club benefitLeadership gains a consolidated understanding of priorities and a clearer basis for deciding what happens next.

  5. An executive reviewing organisational management information on a laptop overlooking the pitch
    05FASE Technology

    Keeping improvement connected.

Following the findings presentation, FASE introduces its Club Portal and demonstrates how the technology can support ongoing organisational management.

The platform is designed to help clubs maintain oversight of priorities, responsibilities, supporting evidence, improvement actions and recorded progress.

The proposed commercial model includes a 30-day introductory trial, followed by the option of continued access through an annual software licence.

Club benefitA connected digital environment for managing organisational improvement beyond the initial review.

  6. Specialists and club staff in a collaborative advisory workshop
    06FASE Advance

The scope of support is tailored to the organisation’s circumstances, objectives and resources.

Club benefitRelevant specialist expertise directed towards agreed improvement priorities.

  7. A leadership training workshop for club staff and executives
    07FASE Academy

    Building capability from within.

FASE Academy supports organisational development through tailored education and workshops for boards, executive teams, departments and staff.

Where opportunities for improved knowledge or capability are identified, learning programmes can help the club’s people understand responsibilities, develop relevant skills and embed stronger working practices.

Club benefitGreater internal capability to support and sustain organisational improvement.

  8. Senior leaders reviewing evaluation documentation in a boardroom
    08FASE ValidateFuture offering

    Demonstrating progress with confidence.

FASE Validate is a planned future offering intended to provide a later-stage, independent, evidence-led review of progress against the FASE Framework.

It is designed to help organisations demonstrate how their practices have developed, what supporting evidence is available and where further improvement may be required.

Club benefitA future opportunity for independent review of evidence-supported organisational progress.
