Accessibility Statement

Our commitment and scope

FASE Global Ltd aims to make its public website usable by as many people as possible, including disabled people. We are a technology-led organisational management business for professional football and sport, bringing together Technology + Framework + Expertise.

This statement covers the current marketing website and Insights publications. It does not establish the accessibility of future FASE Clarity software or a client technology platform. Those services will need their own assessment as they are developed.

Our accessibility approach

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an aim, not a statement that the website currently meets every requirement.

Our design and content aims are to provide:

• Clear page structure, descriptive headings and understandable text.
• Readable text and sufficient contrast between content and its background.
• Meaningful text alternatives for images that convey information.
• Keyboard navigation and a visible indication of keyboard focus.
• Readable layouts across screen sizes and when text is enlarged.
• Alternatives to motion-led presentation that respect reduced-motion preferences.

The website includes structured headings, section navigation and reduced-motion alternatives in several presentations. Further evaluation is needed to confirm how consistently these features work across the site and with different assistive technologies.

Current accessibility status

Formal conformance has not been established. We do not claim that this website is fully or partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. No completed independent accessibility audit or comprehensive assistive-technology evaluation is claimed.

Areas needing evaluation include scroll-based and motion-led demonstrations, text presented within software screenshots, publication PDFs where available, and third-party content or services. These areas require further assessment.

Software screenshots illustrate interfaces and may contain information that cannot be adjusted like ordinary website text. If a screenshot is difficult to access, you can request an explanation in accessible text using the contact details below.

Publication documents and third-party material also need consideration. Content originating elsewhere is not treated as a blanket exemption from accessibility responsibilities. Where a barrier arises, please contact us so we can consider a suitable practical way to provide the information.

Help and alternative formats

For help accessing information, an alternative format or an adjustment, email info@faseglobal.org with the subject “Accessibility request”. You can also find our general enquiry details on the Contact page.

It is helpful to include:

• The address of the page or publication you are trying to access.
• The barrier you encountered and the information you need.
• Your preferred format or the adjustment that would help.
• Your browser or assistive technology, if you wish to share this and it is relevant.

You do not need to provide a medical diagnosis. Please share only information relevant to your request. We will consider requests and discuss a suitable practical way to access the information. We do not promise a particular response time or that every requested format will be available.

Feedback and further advice

If an accessibility issue remains unresolved, email info@faseglobal.org and ask for your concern to be reviewed. Explain the remaining barrier and, where useful, refer to your earlier correspondence.

The Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) provides independent equality advice and support. It is not an enforcement agency or regulator. You may wish to contact it for advice about an equality-related concern.

Ongoing improvement and review

Our approach is to consider accessibility when website content and features change, and to use feedback to prioritise practical improvements. Further evaluation is needed before launch; this statement does not assert an established audit or testing programme.

This statement was prepared on 2 November 2026, replacing wording dated 1 February 2026. The preparation and document-review date is not an accessibility audit date. This version remains a draft for owner and appropriate legal review before public launch.
